Wise Foundation Social Franchise Feasibility Study Print E-mail


The purpose of this report is to review the feasibility of a franchise proposed to be developed by the Wise Foundation and linked to its Bizness Babes (BiB) training program for marginalised women.

Objectives:

The report considers the following client information requirements:

  • Review and quantify potential market segments (including products & services) that BiB could target with its new product. (corporate / individual);
  • Identify possible barriers to market entry;
  • Review current business model and recommendations regarding implementation;
  • Develop recommendations in relation to Franchise model or direct employment of staff in business;
  • Define options for franchisee territories;
  • Investigate and make recommendations re financial start up needs and longer term viability of the business model;
  • Indication potential break even point for business. (Based without regard to repayment of start up costs);
  • Review of assumptions in relation to number of customers for viability of territory.
