The Eidos Institute Limited Governance

ROLE OF THE COMPANY
The Company, in accordance with the Constitution and these Network Rules, will operate, manage and administer the Eidos Network in accordance with the Network Rules.
EXECUTIVE ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Board has established an Executive Advisory Council to “provide advice and recommendations to the Board on the use of the resources available for network activities”. The Executive Advisory Council members are nominees from within the senior executive of the partner agencies. They meet twice a year to make recommendations on the election of Directors, approval of variations to constitution, receiving corporate documents such as annual reports, financial statements and corporate plans, and other activities consistent with the Network Rules.

RESEARCH CONGRESS
The Research Congress represent the relevant Participant Members’ research and policy interests. The Research Congress members are Faculty and Branch Executive representatives who lead an annual meeting for network participants to review projects carried out during the year and provide recommendations and advice to the Executive Advisory Council on the Eidos Research Agenda and Annual Competitive Grants Scheme.
